I live in Abilene Tx. and the AI data center here has impacted this town. It has made people, mainly, landlords that rent or own property greedy. What used to be 1200$ a month in rent is now 2500$ - 3200$ a month. And as far as the job market , it has created jobs , but the majority of the people that came to help build it and be a part of it came from out of town. A lot of people are struggling just to get by. Including my wife and I

Me and my Fiancé are going through a rough time financially. Our Car now has the spare tire on it because one of the tires went flat. We can’t afford to replace one let alone 2.
