0/$280.26 New to the app and praying for Help I can possibly get; I am not a person who would ask strangers online for help but I am in such a terrible situation, this rate increase is so terrible for so many people. I have been in the hospital for over a month, and the majority of the year. I used to be a nurse, had to retire young to to disability. Finally after 3 years my appeal was approved but I still haven’t received any payments, My aep power bill is going to get shut off and I’m working to be able to go home soon but if there no electricity they won’t allow that please any thing will help. My bill is attached; I am already in a payment arrangement so, it has to be paid in full by the 7th Or they disconnect.
