Home Office UK to be sued over deportation of King Atehene of Kubala Kingdom.
In the final hearing at the Tribunal where I was breastfeeding my new born baby Chawela Offeh, the immigration Judge was clearly informed that my Lord Husband would be at risk of torture from his brothers and parents who considered me a witch, something very prevalent in Ghana, where his family strongly believe I bewitched their family and caused Bowel Cancer and all sorts of calamities to come upon them. Somehow my Lord Husband's family link their calamities to Kubala Kingdom.
The immigration Judge dismissed all this and said there was no direct evidence that the King could ever be in danger in Ghana as he didn't have to live with his family whom he was estranged. The Judge said it was all speculation and would not happen, he argued that the King was very intelligent and could start a new life elsewhere in Ghana without his brothers who were a threat to him.
The King my Lord husband has 10 British Children and I have an Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK which makes my husband legal in this country he was deported from.
So Home Office UK, my Lord Husband told you he will be kidnapped and tortured when he arrives in Ghana. The Immigration Judge said this was NEVER going to happen, and it is recorded.
Well, it has happened and you are going to be sued and this case will be a landmark case and a precedent to the minority of Black people in the UK.
He has been chained, tortured, beaten, his hair shaved and excorsised by Willingway Christian center Kumasi.
All the evidence is with our legal team and you shall be hearing from us.
As I said, none shall sleep for what has happened to my lord husband.
The Kingdom of Kubala cannot be destroyed....
