Long-time lurker, first-time poster — I’m working full time to support my two kids and husband while he’s back in school, but after his Ontario grants were unexpectedly cut by 50% and the remaining funds still haven’t been released, we’ve cut every non-essential expense and are still struggling to keep up. I’m humbly asking for 3,500 🥔 to pay down my maxed-out credit card and give us some breathing room for groceries, bills, childcare and emergencies; I hate asking, but we could genuinely use the help, and I’d really appreciate kindness.
