What’s up guys. Currently in need of help due to my health condition. I am a diabetic with a history of heart and kidney problems at my current age of 36. Around feb 2026, i was about 104kgs, right now, im about 70kgs and losing weight due to unknown reasons.
Honestly embarrassed to do this but it’s come down to no other option. I’m currently trying to raise 4,700 dollars to fix my engine. I’m currently pregnant and have two kids and my case is the way that I make a living (I do deliveries).I’m currently stuck in a state where I don’t live as my car won’t make it the drive home which is also rough any little bit helps.
